Brand returns
Someone buys a brand-new couch, changes their mind, and sends it back. Retailers can't resell it as new, so it's shipped to us. Same couch, never lived in.
Local pickups
We pick up quality couches from St. Louis-area homes that are moving or upgrading. If it's not a name brand in great shape, we pass on it.
Cleaned & inspected
Every couch is cleaned with commercial-grade equipment and checked over. Any flaw gets photographed and listed, so you see it before you buy.

In high school I bought my first used couch, cleaned it up, and sold it out of my parents' house. Today Billy's Couches runs out of our own showroom in Pacific, with a small local team that cleans, inspects and delivers every couch across the St. Louis area.
