Refunds (Upon Delivery)

If you decide to request a refund upon our arrival and no longer wish to purchase the couch, please note that you are ONLY entitled to our standard 75% refund of your purchase. This amount accounts for our incurred expenses. We encourage you to check out the couch before scheduling delivery to ensure it’s a good fit for you and your space!

Refunds (After Signature)

Upon delivery of your couch, we kindly ask for your signature to confirm your inspection and satisfaction with the item's condition. Please note that after the signature is completed, all sales are deemed final. In the rare event of a refund after you have signed, it's essential to acknowledge that a full refund, if any, may not be provided.

Delivery Fees

We offer delivery for a fee based on your zip code. This fee will be collected upon arrival, before unloading your couch. If you'd like a delivery quote, feel free to contact us today!

Payments

All payments must be made through our checkout form. We do not accept deposits or place items on hold unless payment has been completed. We encourage customers to visit our storage unit to view their desired couch before making a purchase, as this allows our team to demonstrate trust and reliability.

Customer Inspection

Our policy mandates customer inspection before unloading the couch. Once inspection is finalized and customer has signed, the sale is considered complete.

Measurements Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to measure their space accurately to ensure the couch fits as desired. We cannot be held responsible if the couch does not fit into the door way or into the desired room.

Damage

In the event of damage during the unloading process, potential reimbursements may be provided if the damage meets our qualifying criteria.

Content and Description

By purchasing a product from Billy’s Couches, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed the product description and product content, including any disclosed imperfections, and have had the opportunity to inspect the product in person if desired. Therefore, we do not accept complaints or returns based on imperfections that were accurately disclosed in the product description, product content and visible during the in-person inspection.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order, you can receive a full refund if you request the cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact us. If you request to cancel less than 48 hours before the delivery time, you will be entitled to a partial refund to cover our incurred expenses. We encourage you to make your decision in advance to ensure a smooth experience.

Couch Disposal Refunds

Please note that only in certain cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund if the scheduled disposal does not occur. However, in most instances, a full refund will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding of the costs involved in such situations.

Refresh Membership Policy

Exchanges: The couch must be in similar condition upon when it was first purchased. If there was no rips, large tears, spring damage, or frame damage upon the sale, the exchange may diqualify if there is rips, large tears, spring damage, or frame damage, upon the exchange. If there is any other major imperfections, the couch may disqualify for an exchange.

Cleanings: Couch cleanings and rug cleanings are limited to 1 per month for all .

Contract: Each member who subscribes to a 1-year contract receives instant access to all bonuses. Each member who subscribes month-month, will receive access to cleanings only for the first 4 months. At the 4 month subscription period, the member will gain access to exchanges and couch care packages.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted under any circumstance. Especially if cleanings and exchanges have already been provided.

Couch Removal Refunds

If you have selected two people to remove your couch, please note that in certain cases you may be eligible for a refund if we are unable to remove the couch upon arrival. However, full refunds are not guaranteed in all situations.

Lighting & Photo Representation Policy

Please note that lighting in photos may affect how the color and condition of the couch appear. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur. Feel free to ask view the couch in person or ask for more details before purchasing.

Holding Fees

Please note that if you need to reschedule your delivery, a holding fee may apply depending on the number of days we are required to hold your couch.
